Playu.in received the Times Business Award for Excellence in Sports Event Management in Sep 2024. The award was presented to playu.in by Mr.T.M.Anbarasan, Minister for MSME and Tamil Nadu Urban Habitation Development Board.

Meet the founders

Shiraj A

An Engineering graduate with over 17+ years of work experience, Shiraj is a seasoned leader and strategist, passionate about delivering value to all stakeholders.

Before starting playu.in, he served as the Vice President of India’s largest self publishing platform responsible for revenue, business development, product development and customer support.

At playu.in, Shiraj manages the end to end execution of tournaments and events and pursues new business opportunities. Shiraj owns revenue responsibility and product development.

Aiswarya Shiraj

An IIM-Ahmedabad Alumni (PGP 2011-13) with over 15 years of corporate work experience in Management Consulting and software product companies.

Aiswarya completed her B.Tech Information Technology from SSN College of Engineering and was adjudged the Best Outgoing Student of the department (2007-08).

Having represented school and college in several District, Division and Inter-collegiate tournaments in Volleyball and Badminton, Aiswarya is an ardent lover of sports and manages the strategy and marketing at playu.in
